Enric Comabasosa is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Financial Services and Insurance & Reinsurance Law practices of Arendt & Medernach.
Enric advises domestic and international regulated entities in the banking, financial and insurance sectors on a broad range of transactional and non-transactional regulatory matters, whether they have a national or cross-border scope. His practice includes providing advice on prudential affairs, M&A transactions, the establishment of banking, financial and insurance institutions and passporting rights, reorganisations, and assistance in matters relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

- LL.M. in International Business Law and Legal Practice from ESADE (Spain).
- Enric has been a member of the Barcelona Bar since 2018 and the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2023, Enric worked in the international capital markets, banking and financial regulatory department of a Magic Circle law firm.
