Arendt is pleased to invite you to a new edition of our Arendt Case Law Forum.
The event will take place at Arendt House on Thursday February 2nd, from 12pm to 1pm.
The members of our Business Crime team, Valérie Braun, Michel Fischbach, Ari Gudmannsson and Jean-Luc Putz, will present and comment on recent decisions related to misuse of corporate assets, money laundering and AML obligations. Other topics such as fraud and cybercrime will also be discussed.
