Senior Associate

Janine Powierski is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She is specialised in regulated and unregulated investment fund work, including real estate and private equity related fields. Janine advises domestic and international clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects in relation to the creation, (re-)structuring and operational life-cycle maintenance of Luxembourg alternative investment funds, as well as their respective management entities.

She has been a member of the Koblenz Bar (Germany) since 2014 and has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar to practice in Luxembourg under her German professional title.

Janine is a German-qualified lawyer and studied law in Trier (Germany). She holds the German first (2011) and second (2013) State Examinations in Law.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she worked for a German law firm and held internships at internationally renowned law firms in Germany.
