Eduard is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He is advising fund managers and investors on all matters of investment fund law, with a particular focus on the structuring and setting-up of alternative investment funds (AIFs). He is further regularly involved in regulatory aspects relevant to AIFMs.
- Eduard studied in Cologne and Paris, holds a French Maîtrise en Droit from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as an LL.M. from the University of Cologne and holds the German first (2013) and second (2015) state exam in law.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Eduard worked as a Lawyer in the Singapore office of a major international law firm.
