Sandrine Margetidis-Sigwalt is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach. Specialising in insurance coverage disputes, she has acquired wide-ranging expertise in areas as diverse as professional liability, construction and industrial risks, major accidents, personal injury, and directors’ and officers’ liability.

She has also gained specific expertise in medical and hospital matters, as well as in cases related to the civil liability of public authorities.

Building on this very solid knowledge basis, Sandrine is expanding her expertise into additional areas such as fund industry litigation.

Sandrine acts both in an advisory capacity and as counsel, having successfully represented her clients in various courts including the Supreme Court of Luxembourg (Cour de cassation) and the European Court of Human Rights.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006 and currently sits on the Civil Law Commission.

Sandrine holds a Degree in Private Law (Maîtrise en Droit Privé) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Sciences (Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (DEA) en sciences criminelles) from the Université Robert Schuman, Strasbourg (France).
