Lhez
Senior Associate
Solvenn Lhez is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds and their managers (AIFMs) primarily focusing on real estate funds, but also involved in private equity, debt and venture capital funds.
Solvenn is currently based in Paris and contributes to the initiatives of Arendt on the French market.
Solvenn studied French law and German law, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) as well as a Bachelor’s and a Maîtrise in French and German Law from the Universität zu Köln (Germany) and the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (France).
She joined Arendt & Medernach in 2016 and has been a member of the Luxemburg Bar since 2017.
