Rodrigo
Delcourt
Partner
Rodrigo Delcourt is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He assists fund sponsors and managers with all legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative funds, with a special interest in real estate, private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy, private debt and related acquisition structures.
Rodrigo coordinates the initiatives of Arendt on the French market.
He holds a Master's in Law as well as an LL.M. in European Law (cum laude) from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
He is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
Rodrigo is a regular speaker at national and international seminars and conferences. He is also a member of several committees at ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry), as well as a member of the International and Public Affairs Committee at INREV.
