Arendt & Medernach – Change of status

We are pleased to inform you that on 1st June 2014, Arendt & Medernach has converted to and now practices as a société anonyme, Arendt & Medernach SA. As part of this conversion the law firm Arendt & Medernach (“the Firm”) transferred to Arendt & Medernach SA the entirety of its business and assets and Arendt & Medernach SA assumed all of the liabilities and commitments of the Firm. The transfer included the transfer to Arendt & Medernach SA of all contracts, including client engagements, with effect from 1st June 2014. All related documents, records, confidential or privileged information and intellectual property have been transferred to Arendt & Medernach SA and the Firm has ceased to operate. The change in status will not affect the services we provide to our clients and the same teams, as members and staff of Arendt & Medernach SA, will continue to provide their services to our clients. Our change of status will not affect our professional indemnity insurance and Arendt & Medernach SA holds the same level of cover as the Firm.
