Our recruitment process

We believe in a transparent and inclusive recruitment process that values the unique contribution of each individual.
Our commitment to professional growth ensures that every team member has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career. We embrace a merit-based approach, recognising and rewarding talent based on skills, capabilities and potential.
The process
Application: Start your journey by submitting your CV (required) and cover letter (recommended). This is the chance to showcase your skills and experiences.
Initial Screening: Shortlisted candidates whose qualifications and experience meet the specific requirements of our job openings will be invited for an initial conversation with one of our HR Representatives.
Interviews: Successful candidates will progress to interviews with Partners, Directors or other senior members of the team. These interviews delve deeper in your expertise and alignment with our firm’s culture and values.
Assessment: In some cases, candidates may be requested to take language, technical and/or software tests.
Reference Checks: Before extending an offer, we may conduct background checks and verify references to ensure the integrity of our recruitment process. (Every candidate selected must provide us with a valid criminal record in due time.)
Please do not hesitate to contact us at hr [at] arendt [dot] com if you have not yet received feedback, and would like to know the status of your application.
All applications will be treated with confidentiality.
Internships
At Arendt, we value our interns. Right away, you’ll be part of the everyday life of the company, right in the middle of our daily work. Throughout the year, we welcome numerous interns at our Luxembourg offices for Arendt & Medernach, Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, and Arendt Investor Services. Based on the length of your internship, you will have the opportunity to be involved in long-term projects, and at the same time you will be involved in the spontaneous tasks that arise during the day to assist our clients. You will even be in contact with Partners and, depending on the team, with clients, too.
In addition to legal internships, we also offer internship opportunities in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Learning, IT, and Risk & Compliance.
Are you enrolled in a master’s programme and looking for an internship for 3-6 months? Then check out our internship opportunities!

Join our innovative teams, where your fresh perspectives will be valued. We provide a supportive environment for growth, dedicated onboarding and extensive learning opportunities, so you can rapidly leverage your strengths.
We look for excellent, committed, eager and open-minded candidates. Starting at Arendt will be a rewarding experience. You will connect with people from diverse backgrounds, all working together in teams that are tailor-made for each client.
