Yves Philippart de Foy is a Counsel in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises on national and international tax issues with a focus on regulated and unregulated fund structuring, private equity, real estate and finance transactions, as well as private wealth structuring for Luxembourg resident and non-resident high net worth individuals. He is also involved in transactions relating to Spanish and Latin American investments and investors.
- Yves holds a Master’s in Business Law as well as an advanced Master’s in Tax Law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
- Yves is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2022
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2015, he worked as a senior tax advisor with one of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where he mainly advised on regulated and unregulated real estate investment structures, holding and financing activities and cross-border corporate reorganisations.
