Susanne d’Anterroches is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and transactional aspects of fund structuring for regulated and unregulated investment structures. Drawing on her previous experience as General Counsel, Susanne delivers high-end legal advice that also takes into account the related operational impacts.

- Prior to joining Arendt, Susanne held various positions in international banks and international asset managers. She was a board member of an infrastructure investment fund and Conducting Officer of a Luxembourg super ManCo for legal and tax matters.
- While working in these positions, Susanne also gained extensive experience in regulatory matters, as well as all other legal and operational issues related to day-to-day management at an international level.
