Steve Bolsee is Director in the Fund Administration Solutions department in charge of Business Implementation and Digital Platform. He oversees the implementation of Fund administration technology softwares, spearhead process improvements, and design training in Fund administration. Steve has a strong experience in the Fund administration in Luxembourg. Over the last 25 years Steve took over NAV accounting, Transfer Agent, Back & Middle office desks, Projects like migration of systems and migration of providers. Specialized in UCITS funds, Steve also worked with Alternatives funds, Private Equity & Real Estate funds.

Steve started his professional career as a Fund Accountant in 1999 and progressed to become Deputy & Head of Fund Administration in several financial institutions in Luxembourg. Prior joining Arendt, he was Chief Operating Officer in an advisory company specialized in the financial industry in Luxembourg
