Steve Bolsee is a Director in the Operational AML Compliance department, responsible for Business Implementation, technology solutions, and process improvements. He has 26 years of strong experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. Over the years, Steve has overseen NAV accounting, Transfer Agency, Back and Middle Office functions, as well as major projects such as system migrations and provider transitions. Prior to joining Arendt Investor Services, he specialised in UCITS funds and also worked with alternative investment structures, including Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

Steve started his professional career as a Fund Accountant in 1999 and progressed to become Deputy & Head of Fund Administration in several financial institutions in Luxembourg. Prior joining Arendt, he was Chief Operating Officer in an advisory company specialized in the financial industry in Luxembourg
