Sarah Panjanaden is a Senior Manager in the Cross-Border Distribution team at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC). Specialising in cross-border fund distribution, Sarah advises asset managers on the registration and ongoing maintenance of UCITS and AIFs across multiple jurisdictions, in and outside Europe. With a strong focus on digitalisation and process optimisation, she plays a key role in the development of innovative tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Sarah also delivers tailored training and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of international fund distribution and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in International Business from Pforzheim University (Germany).
- Before joining ARC in 2019, she worked in the advisory department of a Big Four firm, where she provided regulatory advice to Luxembourg and foreign investment funds on cross-border distribution matters.
