Sara Hartmann is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in disputes concerning insurance coverage and has developed extensive expertise in diverse fields including civil liability, construction, major accidents and personal injury.
Sara also focuses on medical law, with specific expertise in medical and hospital-related matters.
She is further broadening her expertise into other legal fields such as fund industry litigation.
- Sara has Master’s degrees in Civil Law from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France).
- She also has an LL.M. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (USA), as well as an LL.M from McGill University (Canada).
