Raphaëlle Carpentier is the Senior Knowledge Management Lawyer in the Employment Law, Pensions and Benefits practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Raphaëlle focuses on the development and organisation of knowledge related to employment, pensions, benefits and immigration law. She oversees the planning, development and execution of knowledge management projects and initiatives for the Employment Law, Pensions and Benefits practice. Additionally, she contributes to legal insights through publications and training programs.

- Raphaëlle has been a member of the editorial board of Le Guide des Comptes Annuels pour le Luxembourg, ed. Wolters Kluwer since 2017.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Raphaëlle worked for almost 10 years at a Magic Circle law firm, where she advised both national and international clients on all aspects of employment law, such as individual and collective dismissal procedures, immigration matters, transfer of undertakings, secondments, consultancy arrangements, social security issues, due diligence and business licences. She also conducted due diligence in real estate matters (environmental aspects and urban licences).
- Raphaëlle also has experience in EU law, having completed two internships at the Court of Justice of the EU.
