Pierre-Philippe is a Senior Manager in the Governance Services department at Arendt Investor Services. He is mainly responsible for a portfolio of regulated entities and unregulated investment funds classified as UCITS and AIFs.
He has over 15 years’ experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and specialises in company secretary services and corporate governance proceedings.
Pierre-Philippe has strong expertise in a broad range of regulated structures, such as management companies and UCITS vehicles.
- Master in Law from the Université Paul Verlaine – Metz (France).
Before joining Arendt Investor Services in June 2021, Pierre-Philippe worked for a number of banks in Luxembourg, where he gained a deep knowledge of banking and fund governance, including executive committee matters.
