Paschalis Paschalidis is Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

He acts as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under a variety of arbitral rules as well as arbitrator. He also acts before the courts of EU Member States and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Paschalis served as référendaire for First Advocate General Melchior Wathelet at the Court of Justice of the European Union. He was also a senior associate in the international arbitration practice of a major US law firm and counsel in a major European law firm specialised in international arbitration. In that capacity, he acted for international investors, States and State-owned entities in a variety of investment and commercial disputes.
