
Paschalis Paschalidis is Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
He acts as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under a variety of arbitral rules as well as arbitrator. He also acts before the courts of EU Member States and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

- Paschalis served as référendaire for First Advocate General Melchior Wathelet at the Court of Justice of the European Union. He was also a senior associate in the international arbitration practice of a major US law firm and counsel in a major European law firm specialised in international arbitration. In that capacity, he acted for international investors, States and State-owned entities in a variety of investment and commercial disputes.
