
Owen Rowlands is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises clients in the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt. He also advises on matters of Luxembourg corporate law, investment fund transaction structuring and regulatory compliance.
- He graduated from Sussex University with a BA (Hons )in Philosophy and English in 2008 and attended City Law School, where he received his graduate diploma in law (CPE/GDL) in 2010, completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2011 and was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2013
- He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Owen interned at Mizuho Trust and Banking and JPMorgan and worked for Lloyds Banking Group.
