Milic Repa is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises global asset managers and institutional clients on the structuring and operations of alternative investment funds with a wide range of investment strategies (including private equity, debt, seeding and infrastructure) and on associated topics, such as Luxembourg corporate and regulatory matters.
- Milic holds law degrees from the Université de Strasbourg (France), the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), IHEID (Switzerland) and the University of Pennsylvania (USA). He also holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics (UK).
