Martina Celica is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in the structuring, setting up and organisation of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
She also advises domestic and foreign asset managers on private equity, infrastructure, real estate acquisitions, restructuring and financing activities, as well as on the structuring of European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs).
- Martina studied in Zagreb, Croatia and Tilburg, the Netherlands. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Zagreb (2011) and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Tilburg University.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2022, Martina gained experience at several law firms, as well as at the Commercial Court of Croatia.
Martina is a member of the Croatian Bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
