
Marie Mousselon is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in domestic and international tax structuring for corporate entities and, for regulated and unregulated investment funds (private equity and real estate funds).
- Marie is a graduate of the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France), where she earned a Master’s in Accounting and Finance Law, and of the Université catholique de Lille (France), from which she holds a Master’s in Tax Law. She also holds the certificate of professional lawyers’ professional skills from the Paris Bar.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Marie gained significant experience in the tax departments of several Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where she advised on holding and financing activities as well as cross-border corporate reorganisations. She mainly served US clients and spent one year on the Luxembourg tax desk of a Big Four firm in Chicago (USA). She also spent one year in the UAE as a subject expert matter in the context of the implementation of the UAE’s Corporate Tax.
