Marie Demmerlé is a Knowledge Management Lawyer in the Tax practice of Arendt & Medernach.
With a background as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Law practice, she brings extensive experience in domestic and international tax advisory matters, with a focus on multinational corporations, private equity and the real estate fund industry. Her experience covers all areas of Luxembourg income tax law, with an emphasis on corporate taxation.
In her current role, she leverages her significant experience in tax law to enhance the firm’s knowledge management systems, ensuring that the Tax Law practice remains at the forefront of legal developments and best practices.
- Marie has a Master’s in Corporate and Tax Law from the Université d’Orléans (France).
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2016, she worked as a tax advisor with one of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where she provided operational tax advice to investment funds, banks, and financial intermediaries.
