Maria Karekla is a Director in the Governance Services department of Arendt Investor Services.
She specialises in corporate governance matters for regulated and non-regulated investment funds as defined under the AIF and UCITS Law.
Maria joined Arendt Investor Services in 2022 managing a portfolio of CSSF regulated and non-regulated investment funds investing mainly in transferable securities, real estate, private equity, infrastructure and renewable energy assets worldwide. She is an active board member of entities forming part of one of the largest real estate investment firms in the UK.
