Manuela de Waha-Dietrich is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Services department of Arendt Investor Services. She specialises in contract management and corporate governance, as well as AML/compliance.
- She holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Hertfordshire (United Kingdom).
Before joining Arendt Investor Services, Manuela was a legal and compliance officer and member of various boards, including operational, holding and securitisation companies, as well as AIF structures and real estate funds focusing on the German-speaking market.
With a career spanning over 15 years, she has gained a wide range of experience in private wealth, private equity, real estate and fund structures and the administration and management of Luxembourg holding and financing vehicles. She also acts as director/manager on several boards of Luxembourg-based entities served by Arendt Investor Services.
