Manon Weibel is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting. She specialises in cross-border investment fund distribution.
Manon joined Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in March 2018. She advises medium-sized and large UCITS, as well as AIFs, on all distribution-related matters, including EEA and non-EEA cross-border registration and maintenance. She also works on the review of clients’ advertising documents, to ensure their compliance with European and foreign national regulation.
Manon completed her Master’s in legal journalism at Aix-Marseille Université (France). She also holds a Master’s in European and International Law from the University of Helsinki (Finland).
