Maha Harrat is a Manager in the Cross-Border Distribution team at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC). She specialises in cross-border investment fund distribution.
Since joining ARC in 2021, Maha has advised international asset managers on the registration, distribution and ongoing maintenance of UCITS and AIFs across EEA and non-EEA jurisdictions. She works with a broad range of medium-sized and large investment funds, helping clients navigate complex cross-border regulatory requirements.
- Maha holds a Master’s in International Finance from IAE Metz School of Management (France). She also studied Economics and Management at the Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO, France).
