Magedeline Mounir is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in civil and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients with a focus on commercial, corporate and financial disputes. She assists clients at all stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation actions, court proceedings, enforcement and settlement.
Magedeline also advises and assists clients on matters and proceedings related to insolvency and restructuring.
- Magedeline studied at Université Paris X and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and has a Master’s in Business Law from Université de Cergy-Pontoise (France).
- She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017 and the Paris Bar since 2014 (non-practising).
- IBA member since 2021.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2024, Magedeline gained experience working in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice of a large independent Luxembourg law firm for 7 years and in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice at an international law firm in Paris for 3 years.
