Linda Bendjeriou is a Senior Manager in the Business & Tech Transformation practice of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA. With more than 16 years of experience in Luxembourg's financial industry, she supports asset managers, banking groups, fintech companies and other regulated entities in designing and implementing strategic, regulatory, operational and transformation initiatives.
She specialises in investment funds and financial services, with particular expertise in governance, operating model design, regulatory implementation, business transformation and service provider oversight. Her experience spans alternative investment structures, cross-border distribution, organisational change and the delivery of complex programmes involving business, compliance, operations and technology stakeholders.
Linda also supports clients with the adoption of emerging technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence, helping organisations enhance efficiency, strengthen control frameworks and modernise regulatory and operational processes.
- Linda completed the Luxembourg Law Qualification Programme (CCDL – Luxembourg Bar) with the Luxembourg Ministère de la Justice.
- She has a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance from Sacred Heart University (USA).
- She holds a Master’s in Law and Economics from Université Nancy II (France). She also studied at the University of Vaasa (Finland).
- Linda is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA), the Luxembourg Association for Compliance Officers (ALCO) and the Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association (LILLA).
- Prior to joining Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, Linda held senior legal, product, advisory and transformation roles within Luxembourg’s financial sector.
- Over the course of her previous roles, she advised asset managers, banking groups, fintech companies and other regulated financial institutions on fund structuring, product development, governance frameworks, operating model design and regulatory implementation.
- She also led multidisciplinary projects involving legal, compliance, operations and technology teams, managed complex stakeholder ecosystems and supported strategic initiatives across the life cycle of investment products and financial services platforms.
