Kevin Feiereisen is a Senior Manager in the Business & Tech Transformation practice of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting. He has considerable experience in delivering complex, large-scale business transformation and technology change programmes across the global asset servicing industry, from strategy to execution.

He helps global asset servicers and fund administrators design stronger operating models, implement mission-critical platforms and improve operational efficiency. He specialises in private capital and private debt, with in-depth expertise in platforms such as eFront and in working across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise includes designing operating models, defining business requirements, GAP analysis, process mapping and data governance that are applied across multicurrency frameworks, payment platform deployments, and system migration programmes.
