Juan Paulo is Senior Manager in the Corporate Services department at Arendt Investor Services, where he manages a team of accountants with a focus on the day-to-day accounting services (Private Equity/Real Estate/Publicly Listed clients) as well as on the IFRS and consolidation services.
He brings over 11 years of professional experience in financial reporting, specializing in IFRS consolidation and financial reporting. He also has experience in Luxembourg GAAP and US GAAP. His expertise includes managing multi-currency consolidations for large real estate conglomerates in the EU, IFRS/Local GAAP conversions, and preparing consolidated financial statements.
Juan Paulo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds an MBA with Distinction. He earned 7th place in the nationwide CPA Licensure examination in the Philippines held in 2013.

Juan Paulo previously held a Senior Manager role in a reputable accounting service provider in Luxembourg, where he managed a team handling IFRS consolidations of private equity and real estate structures, INREV NAV reporting, and various accounting duties related to Luxembourg entities. He also worked in a Big 4 firm in the audit of one of the top universal banks in the Philippines.
