Josiane Schroeder is a Counsel in the Investment Management Practice.
She specialises in UCITS funds, UCITS management companies, liquid Alternative Funds and their Investment Fund Managers.
Active in the field of investment fund management since more than 25 years, Josiane Schroeder has lead major restructurings of investment fund managers and has accompanied the funds and their fund managers through the legal and regulatory developments of the past 25 years.
- Josiane Schroeder is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since May 1998.
- From 2016 to 2018 she was a member of the Bar Council.
- Josiane studied law in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) from 1992 to 1997 and holds a Licence en Droit from the catholic university of Louvain-La-Neuve.
- Josiane is a member of several working groups of the Luxembourg Funds Association (ALFI), including charing and co-charing of working groups.
