
Iyad El Hachem is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises fund sponsors on the structuring and operation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds that pursue a range of investment strategies, including private equity, private credit and real estate.
He also advises on the structuring of funds-of-funds, funds-of-one and parallel funds, including financing transactions in the private fund space.
Further fields of expertise include structuring and negotiation of fund restructurings, carried interest, and other internal economic arrangements.
- Iyad graduated from Université Saint Joseph in 2012 and was awarded an LL.M. from Georgetown University in 2017. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and of the Beirut Bar Association.
