Enrique Bouillot Montero is the Chief Executive Officer of AManco, the alternative investment fund manager within Arendt.
He has extensive experience in the asset management industry, in particular in setting up an investment fund manager (UCITS Management Company and AIFM) for which he acted as Conducting Officer (risk, portfolio management oversight, valuation, ESG) and as a member of the executive committee.
- Enrique graduated in Commercial and Financial Sciences from ICHEC Brussels Management School (Belgium).
- He furthered his executive education at IMD and then INSEAD, where he completed the Advanced Management Programme in 2023 (France).
- Enrique is actively involved in the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), specifically in ALFI Committees and working groups (Risk Management, Valuation).
- Enrique brings over 20 years of international experience in asset management, risk, oversight and team leadership in Europe and Asia.
- Prior to joining AManco, Enrique held senior executive roles at a Luxembourg-based asset management firm, where he was Conducting Officer and Chief Risk & Oversight Officer. In this capacity, he developed and led the management company services with multidisciplinary teams across a broad range of areas, notably risk management, investment fund compliance, valuation and oversight of delegated investment managers. He also contributed to group-level governance and was an active participant in industry working groups.
- Enrique’s earlier career includes a number of positions in global asset management and financial institutions, where he was involved in operational risk, regulatory compliance, governance, fund oversight and cross-border initiatives.
