Daniel Breger is a Senior Manager in the Governance Services of Arendt Investor Services.
He specialises in matters related to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and funds (both regulated and unregulated).
Daniel leads a team in charge of organising, helping with and writing minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings and approving financial statements.
He is a point of contact for all matters related to board decisions, shareholder meetings, corporate secretary tasks and anything relating to the life cycle of SPVs and funds.
Daniel also assists with corporate life cycle decisions to be made by the boards of directors of funds and SPVs and oversees company shareholder meetings with all related documentation.
Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in corporate secretarial services, specifically in the banking industry.
