
Clarysse Bonnaudin is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).
She advises clients from the investment fund industry in Luxembourg on their Regulatory & Compliance concerns.
She began her career specialising in regulatory reporting and has gone on to develop broader expertise in all areas of regulatory compliance advisory services. Clarysse regularly assists clients with identifying and interpreting their regulatory obligations and then helping them translate complex requirements into practical and effective compliance measures.
Her work focuses on putting regulations into practice by guiding asset managers and service providers through the challenges of implementation and supporting them with integrating regulatory expectations into their daily operations and control frameworks.
She is also part of ARC’s Regulatory Committee, which is responsible for regulatory oversight and coordinating new regulatory challenges using CAROL, the ARC Compliance Monitoring tool.
- Clarysse has a Master’s in Corporate Finance from ICN Business School (France). She also studied Economics and Management at the University of Bordeaux (France).
- She has professional certifications from the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and Bloomberg (BMC certification).
- Before joining Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in 2019, she began her career working in auditing in the banking sector.
