Claas-Eike Seestädt is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in complex international and cross-border disputes revolving around EU, civil and commercial law.
Claas-Eike mostly advises corporate and public clients on the efficient and strategic resolution of cross-border disputes at all stages, including pre-litigation actions, mediation, court/arbitration proceedings, enforcement, and settlement. His focus is on the management of complex disputes involving conflicts of law, multiple languages, and parallel proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
He joined Arendt & Medernach in 2018 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
Claas-Eike is a member of the European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL), the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), Deutscher Anwaltverein and ELSA Alumni.
He holds a Master’s in European Union Law and Litigation from the University of Luxembourg and the German first State Examination in law.
