Cassandra Caspar-Arnould is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits practice at Arendt & Medernach.
She advises and assists employers on both individual and collective aspects of employment relationships, benefits, social security and immigration. Her role involves providing both advisory and litigation services for local and international clients.
- Cassandra has a Master’s in Private Law – Criminal Law from the Université de Lorraine (France).
- She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Cassandra spent four years working in the Corporate M&A – Private Equity department of a large independent law firm in Luxembourg, before specialising in employment law at other law firms in Luxembourg over the last five years.
