Arnaud Bruneton is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in international taxation, cross-border tax structuring and reorganisations involving Luxembourg entities of multinational groups.
His experience encompasses advising private equity houses, real estate funds and multinational enterprises on cross-border tax aspects, coordinating with clients and other counterparties and assisting on direct tax due diligence.
- Arnaud has a Master’s in Finance and Business Administration with a specialty in Tax Law from ICHEC (Belgium).
- He also has a diploma in Luxembourg Taxation from the Lifelong Learning Centre at the Luxembourg Chamber of Employees.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Arnaud gained significant experience in Luxembourg working in the tax department of a Big Four firm, where he advised primarily on regulated and unregulated real estate and private equity investment structures, holding and financing activities and cross-border corporate reorganisations.
