Amina Fall is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises global asset managers and institutional clients on the structuring, establishment, and operation of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs), covering strategies such as private debt, private equity and real estate. She also advises on related corporate and regulatory matters.
