Alexandre is a Counsel in the Tax practice of Arendt, specializing in Transfer Pricing. He advises clients on the pricing of all types of related party transactions (including goods, services, and intellectual property), with a special focus on the pricing of financial transactions such as loans (including estimation of credit ratings), guarantees, and asset management fees. Additionally, he assists clients in transfer pricing audits and disputes, conducting transfer pricing litigation cases and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
