Jérôme is Director of Quality Control and also in charge of the Multinationals team at Arendt Investor Services.
He oversees the review of all financial statements and reports (VAT, BCL, CbCr..) prepared by the operational teams. He also provides guidance and assistance to the teams on transactional matters and accounting technical issues.
He joined Arendt Investor Services in 2013 as Senior Manager in the corporate services department where he is specialized in accounting for private equity, real estate and securitisation structures. He also has strong knowledge in corporate, tax compliance and corporate governance.
Jérôme has a considerable experience working with institutional and corporate clients and their Luxembourg structures since 2005, particularly in the fields of private equity, real estate and securitisation, and has served for several years as a director of numerous Luxembourg investment entities.
High school diploma in science and 2 years technical degree in accounting and management of companies in France.
Jérôme started his professional career as an accountant in 2002 in France and joined a Luxembourg chartered public accounting firm in 2005. In 2010, he worked for a professional of the Luxembourg financial sector as manager being responsible for the accounting, corporate and tax compliance matters of a portfolio of Luxembourg entities (private equity, real estate and securitisation). Prior to joining Arendt Investor Services Jérôme worked for a professional of the Luxembourg financial sector as manager (responsible for the accounting, corporate secretary and tax compliance matters for private equity, real estate and securitisations entities).
