Introduced into the Labour Code by the law of 28 June 2023, the right to disconnect is entering a new phase: employers who have not ensured compliance will be risking sanctions.

Therefore, it is essential to take action now. The right to disconnect has become a key issue for employers as it raises practical and legal questions related to work organisation, the use of digital tools, and employee well-being.
