Arendt is pleased to invite you to the 1st session of a series of webinars (45 minutes) to be held on Tuesday 13 July 2021 entitled “CBDF, special focus on the AIF world“.
On the basis of numerous follow-on questions collected after a previous webinar on the topic, we propose to dedicate the upcoming session to the impact of CBDF on Alternative Investment Funds. As we approach the implementation deadline, we will address certain CBDF key points of interests both from a legal and a practical perspective, focusing on the pre-marketing considerations and the requirements applicable to marketing communications.
