Olivier Harles is a Counsel in the Private Clients and the Private Equity & Real Estate practices of Arendt & Medernach.

Olivier specialises in estate planning, international succession and private wealth structuring.

He advises private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs, as well as private equity firms, hedge funds, real estate funds and private companies, both national and international, on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations with a focus on corporate law, corporate finance and transactional business law.

Olivier also advises private equity firms on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations with a focus on corporate law, corporate finance and transactional business law.

He joined one of the leading private equity firms worldwide as a secondee for a six-months period.

OIivier has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014 and joined Arendt & Medernach in 2013.

He holds a Master’s degree in law (Licence en droit) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) as well as a Master of Laws degree in Finance and Banking law (LL.M.) from the Queen Mary University of London (United Kingdom).
