Olivier Harles joined Arendt & Medernach S.A. in 2013. He is a Counsel in the Private Clients and the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practises.
Olivier specialises in estate planning, international succession and private wealth structuring.
He advises private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs, as well as private equity firms, hedge funds, real estate funds and private companies, both national and international, on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations with a focus on corporate law, corporate finance and transactional business law.
