Nicolas Tintanne is a Counsel in both the Finance & Capital Markets and the Restructuring & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach.
Nicolas advises on all types of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including real estate finance, fund finance, acquisition finance and asset finance.
Nicolas also advises client on the legal enforceability of set-off, netting and collateral arrangements with respect to cross-border transactions, and on the related insolvency risks and regulatory requirements.
Nicolas is also involved in restructuring matters and has a wide experience in the enforcement of security interests.
- He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Le Mans (France).
- Nicolas has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
