Guillaume Bouriaud is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises national and multinational companies, private equity firms and real estate groups and specialises in corporate law, advising on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, restructuring and joint ventures.
Guillaume has been a member of the New York Bar since 2018 and a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
Guillaume holds a Master’s in English and North American Business Law (Master 2) from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. in Business Law from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).
