Caroline Halembert is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity & Real Estate practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in corporate law, advising domestic and foreign clients on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, refinancing, joint ventures and transactional business law in general, with a particular focus on venture capital transactions.
