Training sessions
What we do
Professional development is mandatory for many corporate bodies and institutions. Regulatory and legal changes may have a major impact on their business and may make an alignment of their global strategies necessary.
Arendt Institute, Arendt’s specialised legal training department, is uniquely positioned to help to keep up with these challenges as our trainers are at the forefront of legal, regulatory, tax and advisory developments. Practical case studies from our trainers’ own experience contribute to a valuable training experience and enable participants to grasp what concrete steps and actions they need to undertake. Participants can relay the examples precisely to their daily jobs.
Our training offer
- Customised sessions (provided to individuals or a group of employees in the same company) which can take place at the client’s site, at Arendt House or via our agile Webex training tool (remote) in diverse intensity (e.g. an “update” or a in-depth workshop)
- Open sessions available on our training agenda (provided to individuals and members of organisations) which take usually place at Arendt House or as a Webex session (remote)
- e-learnings and other digital solutions
Upon course completion we provide training attendance certificates which are essential for attendees to keep track of their professional development and to meet bureaucratic requirements.
Our speakers
Our experts are Partners, Counsels or Senior Associates from Arendt & Medernach, Arendt Regulatory & Consulting and Arendt Investor Services.
They have developed a wide practice in their areas of specialisation. Their expertise is deepened through the experience many of them gain on committees and working groups within institutions such as the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the Insurance Supervisory Authority (Commissariat aux Assurances), the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Our experts regularly provide training or conferences to diverse audiences and therefore have the pedagogic and oratorical skills required to conduct successful training sessions.
In some cases our experts team up with highly skilled external partners.
Audience
The diversity of our participants’ profiles is a key factor contributing to the richness of the exchanges which characterises our training sessions. We cater for a large target audience, reaching from junior profiles to top executives. Our sessions are available in French and English language, most of them can also be provided to a Luxemburgish or German speaking audience.
