Objectives

The objective of this session is to provide practical guidance on how to draft and negotiate IT agreements. Participants will also be introduced to the key regulatory aspects (IT sourcing, cloud computing) and their impact.

  • Introduction about the several types and characteristics of IT agreements;
  • Clauses of major importance;
  • Practical exercises and role play between the participants (provider / client);
  • Introduction to key regulatory aspects (IT outsourcing, cloud computing).
