Ludovico regularly advises international clients on the structuring, formation, management and winding up of alternative investment fund structures and other types of investment vehicles and schemes, with a focus on the private equity, venture capital, real estate, debt and infrastructure industries.
- Ludovico has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Law from LUISS University (Italy). He is also an alumnus of the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford (UK).
- He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since 2021.
Ludovico also has previous experience in other major European law firms and international organisations.
